Hello,

We are using the Dymo LabelWriter 450 and when it prints the labels are only printing half the label and in the wrong direction. We are using address labels but the parent labels are printing horizontally instead of vertically.
Would I need to create a new set in the Kiosk and then open that in the Dymo software for editing?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know it's been awhile since you posted, did you find a solution? Are you using the correct labels? We use the large shipping labels which are about 2.25" x 4".
