Just got Check In to enhance our usage of Power Church Plus but keep getting dialog box: The service did not start

Where is it loaded (server or secretary's computer) ? What operating System? Has there been a new update to the computer? I take it this is a brand-new installation, have you rebooted the computer after the install?
