I have three check-in stations. 2 running xp and one running windows 7. The XP stations run in self-serve mode and the 7 runs in manned mode.

The labels that print from the windows 7 machine have "click to enter text" showing up in the allergies section. I don't know if it is related, but the photos don't show up on the check-in screen either.

What would be causing this?

I just ran a test with the Windows 7 64-bit box I have in house. I do not see the text you mention regarding the Allergy label. If you've modified the label, there is an ID that need to be set specific.

The pictures not appearing on the Windows 7 system is a known issue. We'll get this fixed soon.

I am having this problem as well. All of my badges appear w/ "Click here to enter text." Not sure why. Our checkin kiosks are run off pc's w/ the XP OS, but still do not generate allergies. Hope this gets resolved soon.

I think I found the reason for this. Let me know how it's working after the MR.

For us, we are running XP on all of our units w/ this issue...when is the MR to be released to the masses most likely?

I am having the same issue. Running XP on all systems. The allergy does print on the label if there is an allergy; if not it prints "click here to enter text." How do we modify it so if there are no allergies, nothing appears in that field?

As was mentioned, there is a Maintenance Release coming out that will fix this.

Just to clarify again...
When is the maintenance release scheduled to come out? I noticed an MR came out, but it seems it was only for Powerchurch proper and not checkin...am I wrong?

That is correct ... Check In, as a separate program, will have a separate MR.
