Adding Visitor

Hi,
Just found a glitch in the system this weekend that I thought you may want to know about. When we added a visitor to the check-in program, then went to add them to an activity, it printed a name tag for the child(ren) but no parent tag.
We were able to get around it by adding them, starting to add them to an activity by cancelling out of it, then looking them up like we would any other child already in the system & then adding them to an activity. At that point, it did print a name tag & parent tag.
Not sure if you have any ideas on this. Thank you!
