Wrong Activity

With multiple kiosks and volunteers checking in families, there will always be errors.

After checking a child into an activity and the name tag had been printed, we discovered the child was checked into the wrong activity. The only way to check them into the correct activity is to check the child out and recheck them in. There were multiple children in the same family, this meant all children had to be checked out and rechecked in and new labels printed because the security code needed to match. Not only did this slow the process, but my attendance count was off.

Has anyone found a way around this?

There was no provision built into the product to handle this scenario. How do you see this being available in the kiosk?

How did they get checked into the wrong activity? They should only be able to check them into activities the child is already a member of. (unless you you are adding them to an activity)

You should be able to check out one child without the others from the check out screen. The quick checkout will have you checkout all children in the family, but the normal checkout screen will not.

We have two services on Sunday. Each child can be checked into the 9:30 or 11:00 or both. So there is an option for the child to be checked into three activities. If someone accidentally chooses 9:30 instead of 9:30 and 11:00. We have them checked into the wrong activity.

We have to check them out and recheck them back in...but now they have a different security code from the parent.
