Good morning!
I have a graphic that we took off our webcam at a checkin station and the child had a previous profile, however the staff member did not realize and set up a profile for this child w/ pic. Can we move/merge the 2 profiles together...namely get the pic from the 1 to the other?

Re: Copying Pictures
There is no direct way to swap the picture in PowerChurch.
As a workaround, you can build a custom report to give you the information you need to locate the image in the PowerChurch data to Import it into the proper profile.
In the Personal Profiles menu, Other Output, Custom Reports; Add a new query. I called my Family Image Files.
About the middle of the list, you’ll find Tagged Families. Select it and click Next step.
Select Exactly matches
Click into the box and type the letter “Y”
Click Done
You’ll see highlighted - Tagged Families exactly match “Y”
Click Done
Answer yes to the dialog: Do you want to run this query now?
Click OK on the next dialog.
I selected the following:
Household Key Last Name
Household Key First Name
Profile Last Name
Profile First Name
Profile Picture
Click Done
Click Edit Sort Order
I selected the following in this order
Household Key Last Name
Household Key First Name
Directory Sequence
Click Done
Click Pick Output Type
Select Report in Form layout
Click Done
Click Run Query
This will bring up a window showing the data you’ve selected (if you have families selected currently)
Here you can look at the data and see the path to the picture you are looking for. You can go a step further, when you close that window, click yes on the dialog that ask if you want to continue.
Click Edit Form
Below the grey box with an X through it, you should see qm_spa, double click this.
In the Expression type: profile_picture
Click OK
Stretch that box all the way across
File – Close
Answer Yes to the dialog to save changes.
Select Screen, then click Start Report
You’ll be able to print this out if you need it.
