I've done some looking in the PC activities and events as well as the setup for the check-in on the check-in computers but I don't see any way to turn off the notes label.

Is this possible? How?

If you enable the "Prompt for notes" option on the Maintain Activity/Skill Descriptions screen, you will receive a notes label any time notes are entered at check in for that activity.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping that we could have notes for a check-in but not print a label.
