Pager # Disappears

Alright, I will try best to verbally explain...
Today, I checked in a child and during the service I needed to page the parent as the child was not too happy (how do I say...lots of crying
So, I pulled up the class roster and looked in the roster. Upon reviewing, I noticed that the pager # was listed as 0. I must add, that I entered the pager # myself and know that, in fact, it was there as another team member watched as I input it. Other students who were listed had a pager #. As well, I need to add that I had put a not on the profile for this child and this was the only thing different from the other kids in our system. Is this a bug?
