We have converted over from fellowship one check in system and when checking a child in, they would only show you the most current room assignment. Power church shows you (for example) babies, toddlers, 2yo, all the years they have participated. It is a lot to wade through. Is there some short cut to delete these options from the child at the kiosk without haveing to go back into your main computer and deactivating each individual activity from each participant?

There is not a way to remove a profile from an activity in the Kiosk.

To keep this from happening, you should only PROMOTE from one activity to another in classes. When you promote it will change the activity from the old one to the new one.
