SCAN TAGS LOST DATA
Last week we implemented our scan tags to our check in process. We meticuously entered scan codes for 300 + families in our church. It worked great last Sunday. THIS SUNDAY none of the scan codes are recognized!!!!! We are feeling very frustrated that we may have lost a week's worth of work. Anyone have an idea of what happened??

This information is stored in the Membership > Personal Profiles database in PowerChurch Plus. Do you know if anyone restored a backup sometime over the last week which would have overwritten these changes?
We know that the bar code scans were stored successfully, if you were able to use them last week, so the question is what would have overwritten them since then.

Also, is there a way to print a report showing all entered barcodes? Or do we need to keep a speadsheet of that info on our own?
