1099 Won't Print

I am trying to print my 1099's and I have one person that no matter what I do will not show up. How can I fix this?

Go to Accounting -> Accounts Payable -> Maintain Vendor Records. On the account tab make sure Print 1099 is checkd. Then on the history tab make sure that invoices from that vendor are marked as 1099 as well. The final thing to check is what is the total dollar amount of the 1099able invoices? Is it over the reporting threshold?
