Printing W-2 forms

Printing W-2 forms
PCS ver 10 Windows XP... Started to print W-2 forms for year 2007. In printing original set of forms, I notice that the SS number for individual is in the Control Number space on new forms and the place for SS number (block a) is blank. Does Powerchurch Software have an update to vers 10 to allow SS# to go into proper space on the form? or if not How do I print proper W-2 forms?

There is an update for the changes to the W2. Go to www.powerchurch.com/mr to download the latest maintenance release.

Reprint of W-2
PC10 Windows XP. Tried today to reprint a couple of w-2's and when reviewing the printed version, I found that the SS# of individual was printed in the first box on w-2 form instead of 2nd....The first time I printed the w-2's the SS# was in proper 2nd box.. Why different printing now?

Did you restore a backup that had been made before you installed the maintenance release? If so, you will need to install the maintenance release again.
Because you can make positioning changes in the layout, the W2 layout files are included in all data file backups you make. So if you restore a backup, it will give you they W2 layout on the system at the time of the backup.

W-2 printing
Yes I downloaded the file while I was working with my 2007 files.. Something looks funny with the display of W-2. prior to printing. It shows the SS# in the first square and Church Ein numbr in the second square.
The EIN number always prints in proper place(2nd row down)
The first time I tried printing after the download.. I got improper printing of the SS#. I reloaded your file into my software and got printing of SS# in correct place.. Later I went back to reprint couple statements and got the wrong printing of SS # again. One time prints ok, another time wrong. but in each case the W-2 display before printing, is shown in wrong place.(first box in upper left corner of W-2 form)
