Error Electronic Filing 941

Hi, I was trying to electronically file my 941 and when I pressed the button I received the following error:

IdsRCli.exe - System Error

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I am using the online version so there isn't a way to reinstall the program.

Since you're using Powerchurch ONLINE, I would call the help line directly on this. They can then work with you to see what is happening. This is included with your subscription

tena20719 - I received the same error just now trying to efile our W2s. We're using PowerChurch Online 15. Get the same error while trying to click on and link to PowerChurch Support from within Help also. Obviously, this file was missing from the Nov 2025 release. And, when I sign in online to powerchurch.com, my account only shows downloads and maintenance releases for version 14.4, even though we're on v15.

Hi ... if you're using Powerchurch Online, you're automatically upgraded to the latest version. Did you have the desktop version previously? This is why you see the version 14.4 files listed.

Also ... as you're using Powerchurch Online, you do have access to the direct helpline as part of that subscription. That said, North Carolina is getting hit by a storm, so you may not be able to reach anyone until Monday.
