Creating Budget 2026

We have added some new accounts for 2026, so when I copy over the budget from 2025, they are not appearing. Is there another way to create the new budget other than copying from the previous year? If not, how do I add my budget entries for the new accounts?

Take a look on the Maintain Chart of Accounts screen in Accounting > Fund Accounting > Setup. Use the Locate button to bring up the account in question, then click the Budget button. Make sure the account is set to budget directly. You will then be able to enter the budget directly on that screen or in the future under Accounting > Fund Accounting > Budget > Budget Entry.
