Would we need to include Payroll on our chart of accounts if we normally use an outside vendor (ADP) to handle all of our payroll?

Depends ... how are you going to enter those expenses into Powerchurch? ADP is doing everything, tax forms, and so on? So do you need to break down your personnel costs? Clergy, office, etc?

This type of data needs to be included in the Income & Expense reports.
