Reindexing with multiple users
Is there anyway to see who is currently logged on in Powerchurch? When trying to reindex, we sometimes get a message about other users needing to shut down. We have multiple users throughout the building and it's a hassle to go to each computer and log on to their system when they have already went home for the day. Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no way to check to see who is still logged in to Powerchurch. That said, if you're running Powerchurch off a server, using a server operating system, you can as admin disconnect all users from the shared drives on the server.Justine Loker wrote:Is there anyway to see who is currently logged on in Powerchurch? That said, your current situation sounds like a training and security issue. If users are not exiting Powerchurch, or completely logging off their computers at the end of the day (not just allowing the screen saver to lock up the screen), this could possibly allow unauthorized users access to sensitive areas of Powerchurch, not to mention your network.
