Release Repeating Items V11
In the 'Release Repeating Items' window under Patterns, the Select All and Clear All buttons have no effect on the 'Semi Monthly (15th and Last)' selection.

This issue was reported as a bug and fixed in the Feb 2010 maintenance release.
Make sure you have the most current maintenance release in v.11 by going to the help menu and clicking on the download maintenance release option
