Edit Item Description in Payroll Module

While checking something else, I noticed that one item description in the payroll module has an incorrect Type. The Pastor Car Allowance has as Type Employer Liability. I have no idea how that happened but neither have I any idea as to how to change it and make it non-taxable income. The Type box is not editable.

You should be able to go into Payroll=>SETUP=>Maintain Item Descriptions to change that information.

I agree that I _should_ be able to change that following those prompts. However, as mentioned in my original post, the "Type" box is not editable (it is grayed or tanned out) nor is there an option across the top to edit. Only Item No., Description, Expense account, Bank account and Tax options are editable on that screen. I would like to edit the Type. How?

I just took a look at this and tried to find a way to edit the description and there seems to be none. The only thing I can come up with is to delete the description and re-enter it. That way the Type option are available to you.
