Handling a repeating quarterly payment

I am still using PowerChurch 9 (we are a small church and it does all we need, so hard to justify the money to upgrade)

I have a number of auto-pays done monthly and have the system set up to handle them. However, I now have an automated payment that comes out quarterly. Is there some way I can set it up in the system to be processed automatically in the correct month? Thanks.

Automatically? I don't think so.

What we did was use a different release date for items that were not part of the usual monthly release.

For example, most of the monthly items were set to release on the 28th. Odd ones were set to release on the 10th. Then, we had to manually release them.

It sounds like what I thought it was but I was hoping there was a setting somewhere that I was missing. I will set something up like you suggest to handle our quarterly payment. Thank you for your response.
