Is there a way to just print the budget for 2011? I don't want to show actuals so far in January or anything else. Our annual business meeting is coming up and I just want to show the budget all by itself for 2011.
I have tried all the reports this way and that and just can't seem to get them to do what I want.

Well, you can run the Budget Report for the period only, with a period of Jan 2011 thru Dec 2011, make sure that you deselect the options for which accounts to include (without budgets, subtotals, etc), then export it to an Excel file.raylaurenza wrote:Is there a way to just print the budget for 2011? Open it in Excel, delete the columns you don't want, reformat some of the headers, and I think that should do it.

Re: printing the budget
I have sent in requests to be able to print one year's budget as an enhancement because I go through this every year. What I do is print the comparison report with one prior year and save it as a spreadsheet. Then I have to go in, remove the years worth of data I don't want, change the title of the report and make modifications so the title prints on every page. It is a pain but I have gone through this for the last five years. If they just modified the comparison report to allow you to put in 0 prior years it would do the trick of only showing the year you want. Have fun playing with Excel.
