Re: sample tax tables
Did you have the married table setup previously ?? If so you should be able to find it under Payroll=>Maintain Tax Table. If not, you'll have to add[/i] it.northmnlori wrote:I cannot find the sample tax tables. You can find out more about how to do this in this Knowledgebase article which covers all versions prior to v11 :

Re: sample tax tables
I think I did have it before, though I did not use it. I used a set amount for the federal tax, so did not use the table provided. Now I can't find the sample table.
Looking at the link you provided, since I do not have the sample table, I cannot put the new info for 2011 into that sample table. If I were to make my own table it would not look like this.

Re: sample tax tables
Frankly, if you can't find the sample data, then someone deleted it. You will have to manually add the table.
If you add the table, then add the data into the blocks, the system will populate the rest of the table as shown.
Basically, click the ADD button, enter [1]FEDERAL TAX:Married[/i] in the tax table block, then enter the numbers from Annual Tax Table as listed in the IRS Pub 15, Circular E as listed in the Knowledgebase Article.

Re: sample tax tables
Thanks for your help. If it was deleted, I was the one to do it as I am the only person with access to it. I added the new tax table. Have a good evening.
