When publishing a cash managment report I noticed an account was not showing.
I checked the settings and believe it should report the same as many of the
other asset accounts in this report.
Out of curiosity I ran the utility to re-index the accounting module. I got the following
in a pop-up: "Transaction detail key duplicated."
I'm not sure if these are connected. In other words, this could be an independent issue
I need to resolve.
I also ran some other reports to evaluate what I expected from the account in question
as well as some others. I am beginning to suspect that it is not showing since everything
considered would make it a zero balance. However, as this account has unposted activity,
I would expect this account to show on the report. Also, the description of the report
does not mention that this is a factor. I have other similar accounts that also have
zero balance but with no unposted activity. These do not show on the report. That is
the basis of my observation.
Anybody seen missing accounts in the Cash Managment Report and can explain what should
be expected?
I am runing Powerchurch 11.1 with a maintenance release of 9/21/2011.
My computer is running Windows 7 Professional with service pack 1.
The OS type is 64-bit.
