Just started using ver. 9. Some really nice improvements, BUT I opened the checks the other day to click off the recently received ones from the bank and noticed that all the previous ones, from the time we started using PC+, were not checked off. Do I really have to go back two years and do those all over again? What did I do wrong now?
Also, one minor complaint: it seems there is inconsistency on various reports with being able to scroll a page or not. Sometimes you can use the scroll wheel on a mouse, sometimes you can't. It would be helpful if they were all the same. I noticed this with previous versions as well. Oh, one other thing: on-screen contribution reports can be enlarged or reduced, which is fine. However, couldn't there be other choices between 100% and 75%?
Thanks for your answers.

Have you downloaded the latest maintenance release ... there was a fix for the check register.Frank Henderson wrote:Just started using ver. 9. Thanks for that heads up. The only problem with that "fix" is that I still have three months at the end of 2003 that weren't included. I hope somebody's reading this that can _really_ fix things. Although, I will admit, I could have done something wrong, but I didn't do anything different from what I've always done.
Ouch ... from the way it sounded originally, it was something that was fixed in the MRs, but this sounds a bit different. If you still have your version of 8/8.5, does that show the checks as cleared ?? I would hope so ... but its always good to ask.Frank Henderson wrote:Thanks for that heads up. They're missing!!
Sometime during the year they disappeared because all was well at the end of '03. Maybe I'll just give up and start all over again.

Frank,
I have not heard of anyone else having this problem. Is the data in the old version checked, but the data in the new version not checked?
As for the print preview issues you mentioned:
scrolling a page - Each page needs to be clicked on before the mouse wheel will work to scroll the page.
zoom levels - A descusion about these did take place in the implementation time, however the design team won and settings between there were not included. Send a request to wishlist.
