FUND Accounting problem

Hello, I am new to Power church, I tried to input contribution for my church on the first of January and I was unable to navigate to the fund account, where I want the contribution to go to. My understanding is that Power church software came with ready made fund account that I can use without creating a new one.
I guess my questions are:

How can I delete all the built in accounting fund, to create a new one from scratch?

Also, why can't I navigate to the existing fund account when entering contribution for first time visitor and existing members?

Deleting the entire chart of accounts is more for experienced users. You may want to try to use the existing chart of accounts until you are familiar with some of the PowerChurch functions.

In the Contribution module, you create a new Contribution Fund by going to:
Contributions/Setup/Maintain List of Contribution Funds

There you will find three tabs in the middle of the screen. The Accounting tab is where you enter the Fund Accounting accounts. Usually, it's your checking account and one income account.
