Cannot add Temporary Restricted during Setup

I am using Windows 7 and PowerChurch Plus version 10.4.
I am working on Accounting Setup and I cannot add Temporary Restricted Contributions. The software has been in use for tracking contributions for some time and there are a number of accounts already listed that I designated as Temporary Restricted. I cannot add additional Temporary Restricted Accounts. The “Add” button is in the Accounting Setup Window, but is dimmed out.

I'm not sure just where you are in the Setup process.

You can complete the Setup Wizard and add the accounts after that.

I am trying to setup PowerChurch to start January. I need the get the year end PowerChurch Balance Sheet data all entered to match the present Balance Sheet before completing Setup. Once setup is complete I cannot change or add entries for December.

Um ... are you using the Setup Wizard ??? It will walk you through what you need to enter. If I remember right, that data is not coming from a balance sheet unless you're using the asset portion only.

There is no "Setup Wizard" in version 10. When you access "Accounting" the only option is "Setup" until you you finish "Setup".

It's hard for me to remember the setup procedure for ver. 10.

I'm sure if you go through and setup what you can, you will be able to create the restricted accounts afterwards.

While not exactly the same as in v11.x, the Setup Assistant in v10.4 will work much the same, walking the person through the entries.
