Posting from Contributions Module

I need a clarification when posting contributions.

If there are several sets of unposted contributions (separated by date) in the contributions module and I select to post the contributions, can I specify which contributions are to be posted by date?

If not, will this be do-able in the next version?

Jeff,

In versions 8.0 and 8.5, you do have the option of posting specific dates of contributions if more than one date is entered.
