Possible Rent scenario

This is an example of the scenario we would need to accomplish in accounting.

Ex.
Monthly Lease agreement - $1600
Agreement w/clause would say to pay $1500 a month to rental owner with $100 going towards rental owners monthly contribution to the church!

How would we accomplish this in accounting? and contribution module and still balance.

There is a place in payroll where an employee can make a contribution as a payroll deduction.

I don't know of any way to setup an automatic contribution as part of a Fund Accounting entry.

You can set up a repeating contribution under Contributions / Repeating Contributions, and setup a monthly $100 contribution from this owner.

Separately, you can setup a repeating payment in Accounts Payable / Repeating Items for $1,600.

The two operate independently, however.
