I & E Statement

When running the level 6 I & E Statement my YTD Budget Percentage incorrectly states 0.00% if I have spent money in an account that has no YTD budget. What can I do to have the percentage show an expense that is over budget?

Is the account setup with "Budget directly on this account" when you look at the Account Detail's budget tab when looking at the Chart of Accounts ??

You can not calculate a percentage over or under budget on a $0.00 budget. The I&E report will give you the dollar amount over budget but there is no way that I know of to calculate a % on zero.
