Contribution not on transaction screen
I entered a contribution and it shows on my fund report. When I went to Reconcile the bank account, the contribution is not there nor is it on the view posted transaction screen. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm still learning Power Church and have a long way to go.

OK ... the Funds Report is a Contributions report. You could see it there in two ways:PLitada wrote:I entered a contribution and it shows on my fund report. 1. When you selected the report, you used the default of UNPOSTED Contributions.
2. Or, when you selected the report you selected POSTED contributions.
If you did 1, then you may need to POST TRANSACTIONS in Contributions, if you did 2, then you may need to POST TRANSACTIONS in Funds Accounting.
Its a two step process, 1st you post from Contributions, then you post transactions in Funds Accounting.

Re: Contribution not on transaction screen
I actually did both. I posted all contributions and than again on fund accounting, Everything is there with the exception of a contribution that went to a missionary. I reversed it and entered it again but that particular contribution isn't showing up even after being posted.

You posted the Contribution - it appears on the Funds Report when you select to see POSTED Contributions.
However, its not showing up on the Deposit transaction when you're in Funds Accounting.
I suspect this, the Contribution Fund is not setup with an account number from Funds Accounting. I also suspect that you may have gotten an error message when you posted Contributions about this, but you may have ignored it.
What does the Posted Deposit transaction look like in Funds Accounting?
