I currently have a chart of accounts but would like to see if anyone would be willing to send me a copy of theirs so that I can see what I can do to make ours better?
Thanks!
Jody

Sample Chart of Accounts
Hi Matt:
I am having a problem with entering the 2005 budget in the Chart of Accounts. I keep getting the message that the account (Income, Tithes) is not active. What does that mean? If it is not too much trouble my I have a copy of Chart also?!

Re: Sample Chart of Accounts
This just sounds like you need to go into the Funds Accounting module, under Maintain Chart of Accounts. Find the account in the list. You'll see a scrollable window that lists all the funds that the account could be used under, select the fund where the account is to be used.. Click on the details button on that fund, in the next window, if the box that shows whether the account is active under that fund, is not checked, check it, and save the change The account should now be active.Gayle wrote:Hi Matt:
