Posted contribution not appearing in Fund accounting

I have reversed a contribution and posted a contribution in Contributions Module. Neither transaction appears in Fund Accounting under Modify Unposted OR View Posted Transactions.

In Contributions Module when I "view posted contributions" the transaction shows:
05/06/2015 11:35:07 AM by: SYSTEM ADMIN
Method: Update Fund Accounting
(It also shows the same info for the reversed transaction.)

I cannot find either transaction in Fund Accounting?? How can I find them? Thanks!

You did this posting today ?? Was anyone else on the system at the time?

Usually, when contributions are posted, they immediately appear in the unposted transactions queue in Funds Accounting. Considering that the system just creates the transactions and updates a table, this is instantaneous.

I'm going to suggest you do a REINDEX of the database, sometimes that adjusts the indexes and the transactions appear. If that doesn't fix the problem, you will probably have to call Powerchurch directly, as this is highly unusual, and may need some live assistance.
