Email Paystub

Post by tena20719 »

Hello....I am a new user to Power Church payroll. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to email our employees their paystubs instead of mailing them to them?

We are using version 11.5
Thanks!
Tena

I'm not seeing anything that integrates Payroll and the email features in Membership.

I would like to see Power Church integrate this possibility in the next upgrade. It would save a lot of paper and postage if we had this capability.

You could run print the stubs from the employee salary history to a PDF (using a PDF print driver like pdf995) for each employee then send that as an attachment via email.

FWIW ... when I worked for a large company, the employer would not mail out stubs (I had direct deposit), they would send the envelopes to the unit and we'd pick them up at our company mail box. Perhaps that would also work if your employees all work at the same place or places.
