Not all transactions posted in CO, AP & PR show up in Fund

I have begun the process of preparing the Balance Sheet and Income & Expense reports for January, 2016. When I looked in the Fund Accounting - view unposted transactions all the transactions entered from the Contribution, Accounts Payable and Payroll modules are not showing up. I am stumped

Yes. They show on the posted transaction reports from the individual modules.

OK, and no one else has posted transactions in Funds Accounting, and they're not in the Posted Transaction lists. Check to see what the last Posted Transactions report date was, and what's in it. I'm assuming you have v11.x as being able to view previous FA postings was introduced in v11.x .

The first thing I would try is doing a REINDEX from the PCPlus UTILITIES drop down menu. Then check again. If that doesn't work, then I'd call Powerchurch directly as I don't know of anything that could cause this.

If all the modules were posted to FA, then a backup done, the backup would still contain the unposted information. If the database had a restore done, the backup would show the transactions somewhere (unless that backup was too old).

But the fact that the modules show posted transactions, but FA does not tells me that there is an anomaly somewhere. Has anyone been messing with the data tables in any manner?? When the modules post, the system creates the transactions in the FA unposted transactions table, if someone messed with that or it got corrupted, its possible that you won't see anything in the list.

In any case, if the reindex doesn't work, I'd call directly as I'm assuming there's more going on than we can fix via the forum.
