Good morning,
Last night I was working on reconciling March and my computer shut down without me closing the program properly. This morning when I try and reconcile it is showing a bunch of stuff from February now. There are two reconciliation reports in there from February now, one is correct, the other shows a bunch of outstanding checks.
Is there any way I can get rid of this erroneous 2nd February reconciliation? I'm quite new to using PowerChurch so I could be missing something obvious.
Thanks

I'm going to assume that you didn't create a backup prior to starting the reconciliation. This is something I always recommend as it protects you from issues like this, and you could just restore to before this issue happened.crawfoc7 wrote:Good morning,

I'm assuming that the reconciliation you were working on was for the month of March, and not for February when the unplanned shut down occurred ??
If so, before we move any further, I'm going to ask if you have done a Reindex? This often fixes weird things such as this, as the shutdown could have caused an issue with the database index and a reindex will fix that. If you still have the problem after the reindex, then come back and let us know here.
