how does power church calculate the 941 report for paydays that occur between quarters. For ex. our work week ran june 25 - July 1. Checks were dated June 30. Would it have included that week in the 2nd quarter or excluded it. Thanks

I'm fairly sure that if the check is dated the 30th, the system would have counted it in the 2nd quarter. Of course, there is a way to check, run the 941 Tax Deposit report for this month (July) and see what it comes up with.
