Reindexing error
When reindexing I received an error saying orphaned account detected. Just prior to reindexing I did find a check that was issued using an income account instead of an asset(checking), so I voided that check and manually entered the check using the correct accounts. That's all I could think of that would cause that error, everything else looks right. Why is reindexing still showing an orphaned account detected?

That message is in reference to an unknown account number found in a posted transaction.
If you would like us to take a look at your data and repair the problems for you, simply make an Accounting Files backup from Utilities > Backup & Restore Files. Attach this backup file to an e-mail addressed to data@powerchurch.com. Our technicians will be able to process the data and repair your issue in one to two business days. During this time, please do not work in the Accounting portion of the software, as changes will be lost when we return the repaired data files to you.
