Yes, if you have the housing allowance setup correctly in Powerchurch, the housing should appear in Box 14 of the W-2 as House Allow:
If you provide a MANSE or PARSONAGE and pay the minister nothing in cash, you will have to enter the average yearly cost of local housing manually just before printing the W-2. Powerchurch allows you to edit the W-2 just prior to printing, and to save that edit.


If you pay the utilities for the minister by providing funds in their paycheck, as well as provide the manse, you must include the total amount (average cost of rentals and any utility allowances) in that Box 14 entry.

This is required per IRS Pub 517, and detailed in the W-2 instructions.
