How Do W-2's Print?
I'm getting ready to print W-2's, & have gotten to the screen where you tell it to print. When I click "Print W2 Set" does it print one copy of each person's W-2, or does it print all of the copies of each person's W-2? I need to know how to put the forms in the printer. The manual doesn't say how it does it. Thanks for your help!

Never mind. I figured it out.
Re: How Do W-2's Print?
Just to let everyone understand how the process works.
If you buy a set of Laser Printer W-2 forms from the various vendors, they package them all the same way. All copies are bundled together. The IRS copy (red copy) are all together, Copy 1, Copy 2, B, C, etc.
They are printed the same way, by bundle of forms, all the IRS copies, then you print all the copy 1s, and so on.
Each sheet shows two forms, and you load the number of sheets for the number of W-2s you have to print. 6 W-2s, 3 sheets, 7 W-2s, 4 sheets. Powerchurch will print a set of W-2s, with 2 employees per page. Start with the RED IRS copy, print the set, then take the RED INK IRS Copy and set aside.
You will then insert the next set of W-2 (Copy 1), then print a set, and so on.
Once you print all the Copy 1s, Copy2s, you will then manually collate the sheets together. Once collated, you can then fold them in half, and split them along the pre-cut line. Stuff them in the envelopes and mail them out.
