I'm trying to provide someone with a total for operating expenses for a prior fiscal year and also the total operating budget for that year (same line item).
I pulled the Income and Expense Report and got a total figure, then pulled the Budget Report, having forgotten that it includes an "Actual" column --- BUT that Actual is different from the amount on the Inc/Exp report! Not by a lot, but something is being included in the Budget Report that is not included on the Inc/Exp Report.
Any idea what it could be? Driving me nuts!

Did you search for an account that has a different total ??
You can pull an I&E report for a prior fiscal year, and included the annual budget for that year.

I feel like an idiot -- an idiot with bad eyes. I ran the Budget Report for July-July instead of July to June.
I need to go home!
Thanks so much, Neil. You're always such a champ.
