I can't believe how many times I have had to enter "July 1 2016 to date" in various ways during this season of budgeting and tons of meetings and reporting.
All reports seem to either default to a year ago, or to the calendar year to date, or offer every option under then sun *except" fiscal year to date. Seems like one of the options for all reports in Fund Accounting -- well, everywhere for that matter -- should be Fiscal Year to Date. Am I missing something?
I dream of pulling up a Budget Report, Income/Exp Report, Account Activity Report, and having it default in my fiscal year! A girl can dream, right?
Fiscal year to date as option in reports?

Check to see if your starting date for accounting is setup for a July to June fiscal year, I bet that's the issue.craburn86 wrote:I can't believe how many times I have had to enter "July 1 2016 to date" in various ways during this season of budgeting and tons of meetings and reporting.

Go to FIles -> Preferences -> Accounting Setup . I suspect you'll see January as the Fiscal Year starting date. You should be able to change that month without a problem.
