Budget Report

What is the best way to show the year to date spent and the budget amount so I can so our ministers how well we are staying on budget?

Use the Income and Expense Report, and add the columns for YTD Actual and either YTD Budget or Annual Budget.

Its what I've used at two separate churches, and it gives very clear information on both the Income and Expenses.
