HA and parsonage FRV

Our Church Board approved $100 per month Housing Allowance for our Pastor and it was set up in Payroll. The Church also furnished a Parsonage and pays utilities for the Pastor and provided him a letter stating the Fair Rental Value of $10,000. I know that the HA will show up in Box 14 of W2 but do we also add the FRV to the W2 prior to its printing. Thanks

You will have to 'edit' the W2 prior to printing it to add the $10,000 to the amount shown in the Box 14. It needs to be shown for the pastor's Self-Employment tax reporting.
