Payroll Setup

Post by northside »

I changed everyone salaries the first week of payroll, but when I went to do the second week it was back to last year's amount. How do I get it "stay" with the new rate of pay?

Thanks!

Did you change the salaries in the various income pay items? If not, if you only changed them when you were running processing payroll, it does not get saved. That is for one time changes only.

As Neil said, save the changes on the Maintain List of Employees screen on the Pay Items tab, rather than changing them in the Process Payroll screen.
