Electronic Filing
I can't seem to get past the end user agreement when trying to file the W-2's and w-3 electronically. There's no agree or disagree box for me to check. Can someone help me?

I believe that is on the third-party company site. I don't believe its something you have to 'check' just read, as your use of the service implies acknowledgement of the end user agreement. Have you tried going back to the sign in screen?FirstMOBC wrote:I can't seem to get past the end user agreement when trying to file the W-2's and w-3 electronically. I did sign in at the beginning. It does not let me go anywhere once it take me to the agreement document. There’s no next or continue button. Nor agree or disagree. I did not have this problem last year. Look as if there’s a new process.

Re: Electronic Filing
I just logged in on that site and had to click Agree to the license agreement. There must be updated terms of service there.
It was a big window that popped up, took up most of my screen. Is it possible that you aren't seeing the full message because it doesn't all fit on the screen? Are you able to scroll down?
I had a blue Accept button at the bottom right of the license agreement text.

I am on a laptop. Maybe I need to see if my browsers is blocking. I scroll to the end and there’s a date but can barley see it.

Try making the browser display smaller by pressing the CTRL and '-' buttons.FirstMOBC wrote:I am on a laptop. Maybe I need to see if my browsers is blocking. I scroll to the end and there’s a date but can barley see it.

Hello I was able accept after reducing the screen. Thank you both for your help.
