Fund Numbers

Can I change a fund number? I have Funds 1, 2, & 3. To make my I&E report easier to understand, I would like to have fund 3 be fund 2 - thus resulting in fund 2 being fund 3. I know it's not a big deal, but it would make some things easier for my council to see clearly - by having fund 1 and fund 3 (changed to fund 2 ) next to each other on the report.

FWIW .. you can even use a combination of numbers and letters, or 2 letters.

Changing the number is easy. Just go into the Maintain List of Accounting Funds, and change the number to what you want, and click on the SAVE button.

However, you'll need to change the number of fund 02 to something else before you can change 03 to 02, you can then change it to 03.
