2018 941 Form

Hi, all. Our computer with PowerChurch crashed. So, we are now using the PowerChurch Online version. My question is that as I went to print out our 941s (a little late, I know ), the form wouldn't print and it was on the 2017 form. Any ideas on how to fix it?

That shouldn't be, as Powerchurch Online is V12 and is always updated. The 2018 941 forms were released in March in time for the 1st quarter of 2018.

If after exiting the program, and logging in again you have the same issue, as a Powerchurch Online user you have free phone support that you can use. I'd give them a call.
