Is there any way to change the Check date in PWC before posting?

You can change the check date by going to Accounting > Payroll > Modify Unposted Payroll.

Check Date is one of the fields that can be changed there.

Thank you I said it wrong its the payroll period. So I don't think I can change that.

Unfortunately, that is correct. You would have to delete or void that Payroll run and reissue manual checks with the correct pay period.
