Any report can be exported to PDF in v9. Just click the "Save As..." icon at the top of the screen preview (looks like a floppy disk). You have several options, one of which is Acrobat PDF.

Hi Zaphod,

I don't think that you are correct on this one. It appears that when one selects print posting reports, the only selection is to change the printer or quit.

Tom,

I've run into the same problem with the Posted Transactions report. A workaround is to run the Unposted Transactions report immediately prior to posting transactions in Fund Accounting.

Quick question ... is everyone sending the reports directly to the printer ??

Try sending them to the SCREEN first, then click on the SAVE button (the one that looks like a 3.5 floppy disk), you'll have the option to save the file as a Adobe PDF, Excel XLS, Word .DOC, Rich Text RTF, and text !!

IT won't work with the Funds Accounting Posted Transactions report, but it works in all the others. However, there is a work around for the Posted Transactions report.

There is a shareware program, which I bought and use in my full-time business, that will allow you to print a PDF. Its called PDF995, its only $9.95 to buy, and it works great.

You can print directly to a PDF file. it is FREE to try ... all you have to do is install it, and then switch the printer (restart PC+ first .. ) to the PDF995 printer object that is installed, it will then ask you for a filename.

Try it .. works great !!
