I am brand new to PCP 9 and have practically no accounting background. Yesterday I finished setting up our church's account fund and putting in budget information. Today I realized I forgot to put in the beginning balance for our savings account. How can I add this in now? (Please don't tell me I need to start all over.)
You'll just need to enter an adjusting entry to get the balance in there. It would be a debit to the savings account and a credit to the Unrestricted Net Assets account (this should be account number 3110).
