check went out on the wrong account. How do you fix?

We have two checking accounts 1110 and 1120. A check was printed for account 1120 on an 1110 check and went out the door. It was not discoverd until the bank statements were received. The entries are correct in PC. What entries would be made to correct this?

If I understand your situation correctly, you are unable to reconcile the bank statement for account 1110 in PC+ because the check that posted to account 1120 in PC+ actually cleared on the 1110 account bank statement. If correct, you will need to reverse the posting for the check that posted to account 1120 and repost it to account 1110 in PC+. If the money was really supposed to come out of account 1120 then you will need to do a bank transfer from the 1120 account to the 1110 account to replenish the funds.
